You will support business lines spanning stablecoins, artificial intelligence, peer-to-peer communications applications, education, power, and human evolution, helping to explain those businesses to internal stakeholders and external parties including banks, vendors, auditors, and customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.\nResponsibilities\nActing as a key point of contact for KYC/KYB questions and coordinating responses to requests from banks, vendors, auditors, and customers;\nManaging, updating, and maintaining a database of corporate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness;\nManaging and overseeing access to the database of corporate documents, including permissions and version control;\nPreparing and reviewing, ng corporate documentation;\nFinding and implementing efficiencies and process improvements across legal operations workflows;\nIdentifying and mitigating or escalating legal risks and issues;\nExplaining our customer’s various business lines to internal business groups and external stakeholders;\nAddressing ad hoc requests and projects as they arise.\nRequirements\nPrior experience in legal operations, corporate law, compliance, or a related in-house or law firm role;\nFamiliarity with KYC/KYB and corporate due diligence processes;\nExperience reviewing, drafting, and maintaining corporate documents and corporate records;\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests;\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English;\nComfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-border environment;\nProficiency with document management systems and standard productivity tools.\nWhile not essential, it will be an asset to be qualified as an \"Abogado and Notario\" admitted to practice in El Salvador, with a law degree from a recognized university and current authorization from the Corte Suprema de Justicia.\nImportant information for candidates\nRecruitment scams have become increasingly common.
