The ideal candidate would be someone with understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.\n\nRole & Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution design and development for scalable, enterprise-grade contact center products\n\n- Build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM/NLP models for conversational AI, speech analytics, and automation\n\n- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines with MLOps best practices - versioning, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization\n\n- Drive AI innovation by researching and applying modern technologies such as GenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and multimodal models\n\n- Translate business and product requirements into data-driven AI features with measurable customer experience impact\n\n- Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers and cloud teams to integrate AI into microservices and cloud-native architectures\n\n- Deliver high-quality, well-documented AI components and ensure technical ownership from design to deployment\n\n- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and datasets; propose adoption strategies for continuous product improvement\n\n- Mentor, guide, and upskill team members on ML concepts, engineering practices, and modern frameworks\n\n- Support product demos, POCs, and roadmap discussions with stakeholders to showcase AI capabilities\n\n- Take initiative, make informed technical decisions, and align AI development with strategic business needs\n\nExpected Functional Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, applied AI/ML development, and solution delivery\n\n- Strong foundation in data structures, data modelling, distributed systems, and software architecture\n\n- Solid understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and Machine Learning algorithms\n\n- Ability to write scalable and optimized code, primarily using Python and C#\n\n- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python / C# / JavaScript\n\n- Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade software products\n\n- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, spaCy, OpenCV\n\n- Experience with NLP capabilities such as intent classification, entity extraction, conversational AI, and LLM fine-tuning\n\n- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM ecosystems - e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, vector databases\n\n- Understanding of MLOps practices including model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines\n\n- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, speech analytics, sentiment analysis, and other modern AI techniques\n\n- Experience working with speech-to-text, call transcription, audio analytics, and agent performance insights (Contact Centre domain advantage) or similar data analytics use cases.\n\n- Experience working with real time visual analysis using YOLO or any equivalent.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP and experience with serverless, compute, storage, and native AI/ML services\n\n- Good understanding of virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture\n\n- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, security, and API integrations\n\n- Strong understanding of design patterns, code quality principles, and CI/CD workflows\n\n- Quick learner with passion for innovation in emerging AI technologies\n\n- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills -
