launches, and campaigns run, when, and through which channels\nManage the marketing and advertising budget, allocating spending across channels and campaigns and adjusting based on performance\nSet brand and content standards for all digital and onsite communications, and serve as final approver on content before it goes live\nConduct competitive analysis across offerings, messaging, and channels, and use findings to recommend packages, offers, and positioning to leadership\nPartner with department leaders to set marketing priorities that support their revenue and engagement goals\nDevelop and execute comprehensive social media and digital engagement strategies aligned with brand, sales, marketing, and revenue objectives\nManage and grow the resort's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube, etc.\nCreate, schedule, coordinate, and publish engaging content while leading social media coverage and digital promotion for resort experiences, accommodations, dining, golf, events, weddings, outdoor recreation, seasonal campaigns, special offers, community partnerships, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and visitation\nPlan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking• Manage online review platforms while ensuring timely and professional responses\nStay informed of emerging digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry best practices to identify opportunities
