You will help strengthen our operational finance capabilities by ensuring our data is accurate, our systems work as intended, and our internal processes are scalable.\nThis is a hands-on role at the intersection of finance, systems engineering, and data. You will build integrations between our accounting platform, ERP, CRM, and internal product systems, develop tools that make business intelligence data easier to access, and establish controls that maintain data integrity.\nWhat You’ll Own\nFinance Data and Systems Infrastructure\nOwn the systems and data flows supporting Teton’s finance function, ensuring financial information is accurate, accessible, and reliable.\n\nMaintain and improve integrations between accounting, ERP, CRM, and internal product systems.\n\nIdentify infrastructure gaps and implement scalable solutions that support Teton’s growth.\n\nSystems Integrations and Automation\nBuild and maintain integrations and automated workflows that reduce manual work across finance and business operations.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues, resolve data discrepancies, and implement lasting technical solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and better system design.\n\nData Integrity and Financial Controls\nDevelop internal tools and automated checks to identify missing data, inconsistencies, and potential errors across systems.\n\nEstablish reliable reconciliation processes and improve the traceability of financial data.\n\nStrengthen data validation and controls to support accurate reporting and dependable financial operations.\n\nOperational Finance Support\nPartner with the finance team to improve day-to-day workflows, reporting capabilities, and access to business-critical information.\n\nTranslate operational needs into practical technical solutions that reduce administrative overhead.\n\nBuild a scalable systems foundation that supports increasingly sophisticated financial and business intelligence needs.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn your first year, you will have:\nBuilt a reliable, scalable finance systems infrastructure with accurate data and strong integrations across accounting, ERP, CRM, and internal platforms.\n\nAutomated key workflows and implemented data validation tools that reduce manual work, improve data integrity, and strengthen financial controls.\n\nImproved access to business intelligence and streamlined finance operations to support Teton’s continued growth.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in finance systems, data engineering, business systems, or a similar technical role.\n\nDegree in Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.\n\nStrong technical skills in integrations, automation, APIs, and data workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with accounting platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, and financial data integrity.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.\n\nExperience with finance automation or in a startup/scale-up environment is a
