Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving network and connectivity issues across our customer deployments.\nTeton’s technology operates in real-world healthcare environments, which means reliable connectivity between our systems, devices, and infrastructure is critical. When something isn’t working as expected, you’ll be the person who digs into the problem, understands what is happening across the network and physical environment, and works with customers and their IT teams to find a solution.\nThis is a hands-on and customer-facing role. You’ll spend much of your time troubleshooting network performance and connectivity, working with Linux-based systems and helping customers get the most reliable setup possible.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\nOwn and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across customer deployments, from initial investigation through resolution.\n\nWork directly with customers, their IT teams, and external service providers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.\n\nTroubleshoot network performance, connectivity, configuration, and infrastructure issues affecting Teton’s systems and IoT devices.\n\nUnderstand customers’ existing network infrastructure and physical environments to identify potential sources of connectivity and performance issues.\n\nUse Linux, command-line tools, logs, and network diagnostics to investigate problems and identify root causes.\n\nSupport the Deployment Team with network configuration and technical setup during new customer deployments.\n\nCoordinate with internal engineering teams when troubleshooting points to issues that require deeper product or infrastructure expertise.\n\nDocument customer configurations, recurring issues, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions to make future deployments and support more efficient.\n\nIdentify recurring patterns and help improve our monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities as our customer base grows.\n\nHelp shape the role and our network operations processes as Teton continues to scale.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering, network administration, IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical operations, or a similar hands-on technical role.\n\nStrong practical understanding of networking and experience troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues.\n\nExperience working with Linux systems and confidence using the command line for troubleshooting.\n\nUnderstanding of how applications, devices, and networks interact and the ability to systematically identify where a problem is occurring.\n\nExperience working with network infrastructure and concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, latency, and packet loss.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and customer IT teams on technical issues.\nMindset:\n\nYou enjoy troubleshooting ambiguous problems and won’t stop at the first obvious explanation.\n\nYou approach technical issues systematically while being creative when the usual solutions don’t work.\n\nYou take ownership of problems and drive them through to resolution, even when several teams or external stakeholders are involved.\n\nYou are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the role and responsibilities will evolve as the company grows.\n\nYou can go deep technically while communicating clearly and pragmatically with customers.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with IoT or other connected devices deployed in physical environments.\n\nExperience troubleshooting networks in customer environments where you do not control the full infrastructure.\n\nExperience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.\n\nExperience from a customer-facing technical role, such as field engineering, technical support, deployment engineering, or service delivery.\n\nBasic scripting or automation experience, for example with Python or Bash.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive Salary and participation in our warrant program.\n\nWork with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.\n\nA vibrant, learning-focused work environment.\n\nWhat It’s Like Working at Teton\nWe’re a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people.
