This role combines product management, product operations, launch management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution to ensure products are delivered successfully and continue to scale.\nIn this role, you will own core productization across multiple products. Success requires strong product-market judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to sustain a successful product roadmap against company and business goals.\nThis individual owns operational execution for fantasy gaming, free-to-play games, promotions, app merchandising, release readiness, and content programming. They are responsible for turning strategy into execution while ensuring every game, promotion, and app experience launches on time and performs at a high standard.\nThis individual will own critical operational functions such as hosting product readiness, QA for new feature launches, plan disaster recovery, create/manage SLA for customer and internal escalation, own JIRA for Product organization and collaborate with the VP, Product to set product roadmap. They will be expected to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to promote product vision and ensure alignment. This role will report to the VP, Product and Gaming Operations will report into this role. \nRESPONSIBILITIESProduct Ownership, Gaming\nOwn the design, development, and long-term operationalization of the gaming product\n\nGaming roadmap ownership (with VP approval) based on company goals, business objectives and product performance \n\nCreate operational workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures\n\nEstablish and enforce standards for operation, customer service, SLA, vendor management, external gaming initiatives outside of O&O products. \n\nTrack business performance and identify opportunities for optimization.\n\nServe as the operational command center during major rodeos and events.\n\nCoordinate launches across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Service.\n\nProduct Influence, Cowboy+\nCollaborate with VP, Product to influence SVOD productization and future roadmap\n\nDefine intersection of Gaming and SVOD \n\nOwn gamification inside SVOD\n\nOverlap with content and programming to ensure app programming remains high priority across the business. Retrofit new tools, training and otherwise to support content relevance, push alert strategy, short form storytelling, vertical integrations, etc.\n\nCo-coordinate launches across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Service. \n\nTechnical Product Management\nMaintain JIRA intake process and organize ticketing & project documentation\n\nDrive cross-functional accountability to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.\n\nServe as the primary point of coordination during major events, including rodeos, shows, and seasonal content launches, ensuring all operational teams are aligned and prepared.\n\nPartner with the VP & General Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and continuously improve operational efficiency across both product lines.\n\nREQUIREMENTSRequired Qualifications\n4+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Digital Operations, or Gaming Operations\n\nExperience supporting consumer-facing digital products\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional product launches\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills\n\nComfortable working in fast-paced live-event environments\n\nExperience with CMS platforms and digital merchandising\n\nExperience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or similar\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFantasy sports or gaming experience\n\nStreaming/media experience\n\nMobile app experience\n\nMarketing or product marketing experience \n\nExperience working with engineering and Agile product teams\n\nSUCCESS METRICSGaming\nContest launch accuracy\n\nContest fill rates\n\nRevenue growth\n\nCustomer satisfaction\n\nOperational issue resolution time\n\nPrize fulfillment \n\nProduct Operations\nOn-time releases\n\nLaunch quality\n\nProduction incidents\n\nCross-functional readiness\n\nTime-to-market for new features\n\nThis is a fully remote position anywhere within the United States.
