With a fleet of Nigerian-flagged vessels operating across the African continent, and a strategic partnership with Union Maritime, a UK-based ship owner with global acclaim, we are committed to delivering end-to-end logistics solutions to our clients.\nWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Compliance professionals with experience in some or all of the following, to support the Group’s global governance, compliance, and corporate administration activities:\ncorporate administration; \ncorporate governance and entity management; \ncorporate restructuring; \nregulatory filings & deadline management; \nKYC and compliance; \ncompany secretarial support. \nKey Responsibilities\nSupport statutory filings and corporate registry submissions across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Singapore, Bermuda, India, etc.) and prepare required corporate documentation; \nAssist with entity management and corporate administration for a global SPV portfolio; \nDraft board minutes, written resolutions, and maintain statutory registers and corporate records; \nConduct KYC/AML onboarding and compliance checks on third parties; \nPrepare and provide KYC documentation and group structure charts to banks, counterparties, and service providers; \nCoordinate cross-border incorporations, dissolutions, and corporate changes; \nSupport intragroup restructurings; \nMaintain departmental trackers, databases, and filing systems; \nLiaise with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and corporate service providers; \nProvide general administrative, compliance, and CoSec support to the legal team. \nRequirements\nAt least 3 year’s experience in experience in shipping, commodities, finance, or SPVheavy groups \nVessel Acquisition & Transactions\nExposure to some or all of the following: \ncompany secretarial; \nstatutory filings & corporate registry submission \ncorporate authorities & board documentation \nKYC and compliance; \ncrossborder corporate changes and restructurings \ninteraction with ship registries or overseas registries (advantageous) \nJoint ventures and other corporate matters. \nKey attributes:\nstrong drafting and document preparation skills \nhigh level of organization and attention to detail \nability to work with energy, agility, and resilience across multiple fast-moving matters \nexcellent interpersonal skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders \nstrong project-management mindset and ability to track multiple deadlines \nreliable document management and record-keeping skills; \nBenefits\nThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team at the heart of the business.
