Our AI-native product transforms messy, unstructured private market data into real-time insights, combining automated document retrieval, AI-powered data extraction, and on-demand portfolio analytics - all in one seamless platform. We are growing quickly to becoming a category-defining product, and are working with some of the world's leading capital allocators. This is a unique opportunity to join a talented and driven team that wants to build next-generation infrastructure in financial markets, and is backed by stellar investors that include Innovation Endeavors, White Star and angels from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, CPPIB, SoftBank, Lending Club, and Plaid.\nWho we are\nWe are a small but mighty startup with deep industry background and expertise in both financial markets and modern technologies. We’ve worked hard to build a culture of trust, high ownership, and curiosity - where everyone feels empowered to contribute, challenge ideas, and grow together. We are led by our two co-founders, Olivier (CEO) & Naunidh (CTO), who met on the first day of school whilst pursuing their MBAs at Stanford and co-founded Tetrix in the Summer of 23.\nWho you are\nEarly in your career: you have 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer success, client operations or client implementation.\n\nClient-minded: you communicate clearly with clients, handle their questions, and follow through until issues are resolved.\n\nResourceful: when something breaks, you dig in, find the root cause, and fix it or escalate it.\n\nDetail-obsessed: accuracy is your superpower, and you take pride in making sure nothing gets missed.\n\nOrganized: you can juggle multiple clients and workflows at once and still deliver on time.\n\nProficient in English: our clientele is international, so strong English is key.\n\nNice to have\nExposure to finance or financial services (fund ops, investment ops, banking, fintech)\n\nExperience working with financial documents or data\n\nFamiliarity with SaaS, automation, integrations, or APIs\n\nWhat you'll do\nOnboard new clients: set up key workflows so clients get full value from the platform.\n\nSupport clients: be a go-to contact for client questions, troubleshoot issues, and keep clients informed.\n\nKeep pipelines running: monitor document collection across clients and make sure pipelines operate smoothly.\n\nImprove how we operate: refine internal processes for document collection and reporting as we scale.\n\nCollaborate across teams: work closely with product, engineering, and client strategy teams.\n\nWhy join us?\nOwnership: a competitive base salary plus meaningful equity.\n\nImpact: your work directly shapes the information institutional investors rely on, and you'll have a voice in how the platform develops.\n\nGrowth: mentorship, training, and a team that has your back.\n\nPerks: unlimited vacation, health insurance, retirement savings, and a team that celebrates wins together.\n\nOne more thing\nIf this role sounds exciting but you’re second-guessing whether you’re “qualified” enough-please apply. Great talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a checklist, and we know that underrepresented folks often underestimate their fit. We care more about the ideas you bring, your ability to learn, and your enthusiasm for the work than about whether your resume matches every bullet point. The company we’re building will shape how financial systems work for years to come. That’s why we’re committed to building a team with diverse voices, perspectives, and lived experiences. Diversity isn’t a nice-to-have-it’s a must-have. And we’d love to have you be part of that.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3765,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Equity","Health insurance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Canada","iso":"CA","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Financial Data & Market Intelligence"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-29T04:49:51Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":84,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.838,"p_room":1,"age_days":23,"expected_fill_days":119,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:10:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":53317,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/tetrix-integration-specialist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/tetrix-integration-specialist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-23T03:07:23Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":5199,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-24T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3782452},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3782452"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Ftetrix-integration-specialist"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Ftetrix-integration-specialist"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Ftetrix-integration-specialist"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/tetrix-integration-specialist\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Ftetrix-integration-specialist"}]}
