Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Heilbronn site.

Your mission

• Commercial and technical project management of major projects throughout Germany
• Preparation of quotations and calculations
• Contract negotiations with clients
• Management of construction management and personnel
• Contract negotiation and control of subcontractors
• Customer care and acquisition of new customers
• Ensuring the professional execution of all work in the area of responsibility
• Expansion of the new customer base through strategic market development
• Responsibility for optimal use of resources, in particular material and personnel resources

Your profile

• a degree in engineering (FH), preferably specializing in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or, alternatively, training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
• or completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) in a technical profession or certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of contract law and VOB
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
• Social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees
• an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
• IT skills and are experienced in using MS Office
