Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of approximately 600 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations, as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team at the Stadtlohn location, we are currently seeking a Scaffolding Construction Site Manager (m/f/d).

Your mission

• You will assume technical responsibility for scaffolding projects
• You will serve as the on-site point of contact for our clients
• You will ensure the professional execution of all work within your area of responsibility
• You will plan, manage, and monitor all processes, as well as the scheduling and coordination of your own employees and those of subcontractors
• You will be responsible for setting up the construction site as well as planning the use of materials and equipment, and documenting site-specific operations
• You will conduct training sessions for skilled trades personnel in accordance with company guidelines

Your profile

• You have many years of professional experience in scaffolding
• Ideally, you are a certified scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) or master scaffolder (m/f/d)
• You work independently, conscientiously, and are reliable
• You are a team player and can lead skilled trades personnel
• You hold a Class B driver’s license
• You are proficient in using Microsoft 365
