The role serves as a trusted business partner to Commercial, Portfolio, Finance, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership teams, ensuring robust demand forecasts and actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and informed business decisions.\nThis role combines deep analytical expertise with strong business acumen to support portfolio strategy, launch planning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization across multiple markets and products.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nForecasting & Business Planning\nLead development and maintenance of short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for the Biosimilars portfolio.\nBuild and continuously refine forecasting models incorporating market dynamics, competitive intelligence, tender activity, patient flows, pricing changes, and market access developments.\nPartner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and S&OP teams to ensure forecast alignment and transparency.\nDevelop scenario-based forecasts and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and risk management.\nProvide portfolio outlooks for annual operating plans, strategic plans, budget cycles, and leadership reviews.\nCommercial Analytics & Insights\nGenerate actionable insights from market, customer, sales, pricing, and competitive data.\nMonitor business performance against targets and identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.\nDevelop business performance dashboards and KPIs for leadership teams.\nTranslate complex analytics into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.\nSupport launch readiness assessments and post-launch performance evaluations.\nStrategic Decision Support\nSupport portfolio strategy, business development assessments, and lifecycle management initiatives.\nEvaluate market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and demand potential across biosimilars markets.\nConduct opportunity assessments related to new product introductions, indications, and market expansions.\nPartner with Market Access teams to assess pricing and reimbursement scenarios.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nAct as a key strategic partner to Biosimilars Leadership Team members.\nCollaborate with Global and Regional Commercial teams to align forecasting methodologies and assumptions.\nFacilitate discussions with Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Portfolio teams.\nInfluence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and compelling business cases.\nAnalytics Excellence\nDrive standardization and continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and analytical tools.\nPromote best practices in forecasting governance, data quality, and performance measurement.\nExplore advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and AI-enabled forecasting capabilities.\nChampion a culture of fact-based decision making across the business.\nYour Skills and Experience\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.\nAdvanced degree (MBA, MSc, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent) preferred.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, business insights, strategic planning, or related roles.\nExperience within pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences required.\nDemonstrated expertise in demand forecasting and commercial analytics.\nExperience supporting senior commercial leaders and strategic business decisions.\nExperience working across multiple countries and markets preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong communication skills in English language\nTechnical Expertise\nForecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.\nCommercial analytics and business intelligence.\nMarket and competitive analysis.\nFinancial and strategic planning.\nAdvanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.\nExperience with IQVIA and pharmaceutical market datasets preferred.\nLeadership & Business Partnership\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nAbility to challenge assumptions constructively.\nExcellent communication and executive presentation skills.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking capability.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and operate in a dynamic environment.\nPersonal Attributes\nCurious and insight-driven.\nResults-oriented with strong execution focus.\nCollaborative and highly cross-functional.\nComfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.\nResilient and adaptable in a rapidly evolving competitive environment.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
