Responsible for interacting with Multichannel Marketing (MCM) and internal Teva stakeholders to support the execution of customer engagement tactics and inquiries related to the CRM channels.\nThis position will report to the Assoc. Director, CRM Channel Lead. The role requires interfacing with Teva’s campaign management vendor for the execution of campaigns via Teva’s CRM platform. This requires the review/development of the Business Requirement Documents defining the campaign requirements. Additional operational support required in the development of Veeva CRM related tactics (rep triggered emails and interactive visual aids).\nTravel Requirements: \n< 5%\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nLeverage the Veeva CRM product suite to provide operational support to the Veeva Channel Lead in the development and deployment of Veeva assets (e.g. Rep Triggered Emails, digital sales aids, etc).\nProvide operational support to the MCM CRM team for CRM enhancements related to business processes, privacy & compliance requirements, campaign development, and operational reporting. \nSupport the loading of approved creative assets into Veeva Vaults and/or Digital Asset Management platform to deliver timely and cost-efficient digital content \nEngage internal and external partners to facilitate integrated technical and operational enhancements.\nEngages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy).\nWith guidance from Channel Leads, take the lead in identifying and resolving operational issues, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and campaign effectiveness.\nYour Skills and Experience\nEducation Required:\nBA/BS in applicable discipline\nExperience Required: \n2 years hands-on experience managing digital marketing communication programs \n2 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry\nConceptual knowledge of CRM platforms and utilization\nCompetencies and Skills\nFunctional Skills/ Knowledge \nWorks effectively in a multi-task environment\nSets and/or meets deadlines and sets appropriate priorities\nDisplays strong sense of urgency and attention to detail\nPresents clear, concise, well organized written and oral communications Technical Knowledge \nFamiliarity with CRM platforms and utilization of data in a CRM environment \nProficiency with: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nProject management software a plus (e.g. Workfront, MS Project, etc)\nAbility to document business processes and procedures Interpersonal Skills\nWilling to reach out to others to gain insight into their work to resolve operational issues. \nWorks with the team to shape options for tackling issues and takes leadership in implementing new ideas/ways of working and reviewing progress.\nConnecting with others to ensure that plans are aligned and to unlock any conflicting priorities.
