This role serves as the primary finance business partner to Commercial, Market Access, Portfolio, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams, providing leadership across forecasting, long-range planning, pricing and contracting evaluations, gross-to-net (GTN) analysis, and business performance management.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving biosimilars marketplace.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:\nStrategic mindset with strong business judgment\nAbility to simplify complex issues into actionable insights\nExecutive presence and strong communication skills\nCross-functional collaboration and influence\nResults orientation and accountability\nTalent development and team leadership\nAgility in managing ambiguity and changing market conditions\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nServe as the lead finance partner for the US Biosimilars business.\nSupport commercial strategy, new product launches, portfolio optimization, and business development initiatives.\nProvide financial guidance to senior leaders regarding market opportunities, competitive dynamics, pricing actions, and investment decisions.\nTranslate market and portfolio insights into actionable financial recommendations.\nLead annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range planning (LRP), and monthly business performance reviews.\nDevelop revenue, profitability, and cash flow forecasts for the biosimilars portfolio.\nIdentify risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation plans to achieve financial commitments.\nDeliver executive-level reporting and insights to Finance and Commercial leadership.\nPartner with Revenue Accounting, Market Access, and Contracting teams to assess pricing strategies and rebate programs.\nOversee biosimilars revenue forecasting, GTN assumptions, and net sales projections.\nEvaluate contracting opportunities and customer economics to optimize profitability and market share.\nDevelop business cases for biosimilar launches and lifecycle opportunities.\nSupport launch readiness activities, including demand forecasts, profitability assessments, and investment recommendations.\nCollaborate closely with Commercial, Market Access, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams.\nDrive alignment across stakeholders by providing clear financial frameworks and decision support.\nLead and influence discussions with senior executives and cross-functional governance committees.\nAdvance forecasting capabilities through data analytics, automation, and planning tools.\nSupport digital finance initiatives leveraging SAP, SAC, IBP, AI-enabled forecasting, and business intelligence platforms.\nEnhance financial reporting processes and decision-support tools.\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\nMBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced finance qualification preferred.\n10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.\nSignificant experience supporting commercial organizations within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biosimilars, or healthcare industries.\nStrong understanding of forecasting, financial modeling, pricing, profitability analysis, and performance management.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrix environment.\nAdvanced Excel, financial modeling, and executive presentation skills.\nAlso Good to Have\nExperience supporting biosimilars, specialty pharmaceuticals, or branded pharmaceutical businesses.\nKnowledge of market access, contracting, reimbursement, and gross-to-net processes.\nExperience with SAP, SAC, Power BI, IBP, or similar analytical tools.\nTrack record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.\nSalary Range\nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $163,040 - 203,800 annually.
