You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.\nOur Team, Your Impact\nThe Global SC Data Management - Governance & Training Analyst executes and supports global Supply Chain (SC) data governance, change management, and training activities across Material Master Data and Supply Chain data domains. The role contributes to the effective rollout and adoption of master data and supply chain data processes and systems (e.g. SAP MDG and planning systems) by planning and delivering training, supporting user readiness, and coordinating stakeholder communication.\nThe position is responsible for governance support, user access management, training administration, and reporting activities, helping to ensure effective adoption of Supply Chain data processes and tools.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nExecute and support Supply Chain data governance and change management activities, including governance documentation, stakeholder communication, and business readiness support for process and system changes.\nPlan, coordinate, and deliver training activities for Master Data and Supply Chain processes and systems, including training administration, participation tracking, training records, and user readiness activities.\nManage user access administration activities in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, including role mapping, access requests, access validation, and maintenance of user access documentation.\nPrepare and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and analyses related to data governance, training, user access, and business readiness activities, and collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive follow-up actions, continuous improvement, and effective adoption of Supply Chain data processes and tools.\nYour Skills and Experience\nUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field\nExperience working with Master Data and/or Supply Chain data in an ERP or MDM environment (preferably SAP ERP and/or SAP MDG)\nExperience supporting training coordination, training delivery and change management activities\nUnderstanding of data governance principles, processes, and roles within a Supply Chain environment\nExperience supporting user access management processes, including access requests, role mapping, and access validation\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and data analyses\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nTechnical affinity and willingness to learn enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data management applications\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
