As a Packaging Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in contributing to products trusted by customers around the world.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nAs a Packaging Operator I, you will:\nOperate packaging equipment in accordance with the Master Packaging Order (MPO)\nFollow EH&S policies, GMPs, and controlled procedures (SOPs, EMs, WIs, JAs)\nPerform basic equipment setup, including programming batch info and cleaning/assembly\nTroubleshoot and fine-tune equipment within your area of responsibility\nInspect finished products and complete documentation accurately\nMaintain a clean and organized packaging area\nSupport OPEX initiatives (OEE, SMED, RCPS, Kaizen, 5S)\nAdhere to Health & Safety procedures and operate equipment properly\nPerform other duties as assigned\nYour Skills and Experience\nMinimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nStrong mechanical aptitude with high-speed machinery\nSolid understanding of Health & Safety procedures (OH&S Act, WHMIS)\nTeam-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills\nSolid math and writing skills (online assessment required for interview consideration)\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva Canada we provide a rewarding and collaborative work experience, with career growth and development opportunities for employees, in a safe and caring environment!
