You’ll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.\n\nOur Team, Your Impact\n\nAs Data Science Manager, you are a manager within External Manufacturing Central Service team working in close collaboration with internal colleagues and stakeholders identifying systemic process optimizations, developing reporting tools and assessing cross-functional data.\n\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\n\nIdentification of systemic process optimizations in the QA/QC area by linking various data sources and reporting structures (e.g., complaint data, product data evaluations in the form of quality reports).\n\nDevelopment and evaluation of solutions to cross-functional business challenges through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions (machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning).\n\nPlanning and execution of end-to-end projects with a focus on data science, Digital Transformation Applications (DTA), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), involving the IT interface partner.\n\nResponsibility within QO for the GMP-compliant implementation of a system for digitized data availability, with an interface-validated concept for database access, timely and comprehensive data analysis, monitoring, and control of quality processes, e.g., complaint capture/evaluation/reporting as well as PQR, KPI, and certificate creation (CoA).\n\nCreation, review, and administration of templates/data entry forms for KPI and quality reporting for quality control and quality assurance, as well as implementation of a timely quality management overview.\n\nAlignment with internal stakeholders (including Quality, Production, Engineering, MS&T,\n\nRegulatory Affairs, Finance, HR) and the global point of contact for data analysis regarding data availability and preparation in order to support, digitally transform, optimize, and automate the above processes.\n\nYour Skills and Experience\n\nYou have completed university degree in IT, mathematics, statistics, engineering or data science; ideally experience in collecting and interpreting analytical results\n\nYou have at least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector or a related field\n\nYou have at least 1 year of experience in a multidisciplinary data and analytics environment\n\nQuick comprehension, independent working style, and sound practical knowledge of statistics including related tools\n\nGood Office skills, SAP knowledge\n\nExperience with TrackWise/Veeva, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and Qlik Sense is a big advantage\n\nGood knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and VBA\n\nVery good English language skills\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with analytical and deductive thinking\n\nProject management experience in handling large and complex datasets from different information sources\n\nPractical experience handling large and complex datasets from heterogeneous information sources using analytics and big data tools, machine learning, and advanced analytics\n\nStrong customer and service orientation\n\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\n\nDynamic and challenging work environment in one of the world leading pharmaceutical company and the biggest pharmaceutical company in Bulgaria\n\nCompetitive remuneration bound with performance\n\nAdditional healthcare insurance\n\nTransportation allowance and additional flexible benefits\n\nFlexible working hours and option to work from home as per the company policy\n\nOpportunity for development\n\nMake a difference with Teva Pharmaceuticals\n\nIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, send us your CV in English.\n\nPlease, kindly note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
