You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.\nOur Team, Your Impact\nThe Program Manager is responsible for driving program governance, planning, reporting, and execution oversight across all LOVA workstreams to support the successful delivery of the Logistics Optimization and Value Acceleration (LOVA) program.\nThe role serves as the operational backbone of the transformation program, ensuring alignment between functional teams, maintaining integrated plans, tracking risks and dependencies, and providing timely and accurate reporting to project leadership and governance forums.\nWorking across a global and cross-functional environment, the Program Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, Quality, external suppliers, and regional stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and achievement of program objectives.\nSuccess in this role is measured through robust governance, accurate reporting, milestone achievement, proactive risk management, and effective coordination of all program activities.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated master program plan.\nCoordinate activities across all workstreams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and dependencies.\nMonitor progress against agreed deliverables and identify potential deviations.\nManage the program governance framework and governance calendar.\nCoordinate Steering Committee, Program Review, and workstream meetings.\nPrepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates.\nMonitor critical dependencies across workstreams and regions.\nEscalate risks and issues to program leadership when required.\nEnsure consistency between program reporting and approved business case commitments.\nSupport governance interactions with strategic logistics partners and external consultants.\nTrack supplier deliverables and actions contributing to program milestones.\nCoordinate follow-up of cross-functional actions involving external parties.\nMaintain program documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and governance records.\nEnsure all project documentation is stored and maintained in accordance with governance requirements\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline\n7-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Consulting, or Operations.\n Experience supporting large-scale transformation or business change programs.\n Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.\n Experience in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.\n Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred.\nStrong project and program management capabilities, excellent planning, prioritization skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nAbility to operate effectively within matrix organizations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nCompetitive Salary: We offer a salary that reflects your skills and experience.\nBonus based on personal and company performance.\nFlexible Working Conditions: Enjoy the benefits of our hybrid work policy.\nComprehensive Pension Plan: Includes occupational disability insurance and partner and orphan insurance.\nGenerous Vacation: 26 paid vacation days, plus a Vabene Budget of 13 days (or a 5.3% payout of your annual salary) based on full-time employment\nParental Leave: Benefit from 9 weeks of fully paid parental leave.\nWellbeing Initiatives: Take advantage of our bike plan, caregiver policy, \"I Feel Fit\" program, fresh fruit, and more.\nAlready Working @Teva?\nMake sure to apply through our internal career site on Twist-your one-stop shop for career development\nTeva’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment\nTeva Pharmaceuticals is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
