The role requires strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nLead and manage internal and cross-functional product transfer projects from initiation through successful completion.\nEngage and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project scope, objectives, and progress.\nDrive timely decision-making to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.\nIdentify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate and manage internal resources required to support project delivery.\nManage and oversee external contractors and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.\nFacilitate project meetings and workshops with key stakeholders.\nSupport the development and implementation of project management capabilities, processes, and organizational standards.\nEscalate significant project issues, risks, and opportunities to senior management in a timely and appropriate manner.\nFacilitate effective decision-making within project teams and with senior leadership.\nEnsure timely, accurate, and comprehensive project status reporting.\nYour Skills and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.\nProject Management certification is considered an advantage.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and/or Regulatory functions.\nExperience working with project management systems and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), as well as Cognos or other data analysis tools.\nProven experience in managing, tracking, and reporting technical projects.\nKnowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and related technologies.\nUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.\nGood understanding of supply chain processes and requirements.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nDynamic and challenging work environment in one of the world leading pharmaceutical company and the biggest pharmaceutical company in Bulgaria\nCompetitive remuneration bound with performance\nAdditional healthcare insurance\nTransportation allowance\nOpportunity for development\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
