In this role, you will take on the responsibility of developing and validating characterization methods for a diverse range of drug products and medical devices. The position provides exciting opportunities for professional growth and skill development in areas such as Extractables & Leachables (E&L), mass spectrometry, and analytical method validation. If you are dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented, this could be the ideal role for you.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nDesign and execution of Extractable and Leachable (E&L) studies, incorporating LC/UV/MS or GC/FID/MS analytical technology.\nDevelopment and validation of analytical methods incorporating Mass Spectrometry detection (LC/UV/MS or GC/FID/MS).\nSupport the characterisation of polymer materials used in medical devices and packaging, including inhalation and injectable drug products, for both small molecules and biopharmaceuticals.\nAssist in the interpretation of Mass Spectrometry (MS) data as part of compound identification studies.\nInstigate and drive scientific and technical investigations developing multidisciplinary approaches to solve wide ranging and complex problems.\nCompilation and review of detailed technical documents.\nDeliver high levels of customer service (both internal & external)\nYour Skills and Experience\nDegree, Masters or PhD qualification in Chemistry (or related discipline), with minimum 4 year’s work experience with method development and validation.\nExperience in analytical method development and validation with mass spectrometry is highly desirable.\nExperience with Empower and MassHunter software.\nExcellent communicator (both oral and written).\nExperience of working to current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and implementing policies and procedures in line with regulatory guidelines.\nKnowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements.\nGood planning and organising skills & adaptable to changing priorities.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
