This role will act as a key partner to Business and IT leadership, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local execution, while maximizing the return on IT investments. Engage with diverse stakeholders, to provide technology solutions and guidance to multiple commercial teams, ensuring operational excellence and seamless integration. Impacted jobs or groups: release managers, development teams, end-users, global teams.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nThe key responsabilities and activities of the position are:\nBusiness Relationship Management:\nSingle point of contact for all technical / commercial/digital requirements of the Chile & other Latam markets; Teva commercial team (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Medical affairs, Regulatory, Procurement, Supply, Compliance, Logistics, HR, Finance & Accounting).\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\nContinuously collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technology initiatives.\nIdentify potential issues, performance challenges and risks.\nTranslate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and KPI´s, leading IT Transformation & Strategy Framework.\nBusiness Analysis, Financial Acumen, and Technical Toolset:\nArticulate and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities and future needs.\nUtilize strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify appropriate technology solutions.\nConduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.\nPrepare business case value and create annual budget forecasts for commercial site technology solutions.\nProgram Management and Deployment of solutions\nLead / Project management (global and local IT projects).\nEnsure on time, on budget and high-quality deployment of all projects.\nMonitor progress, identify risks, and escalate to right stakeholders as needed.\nFoster a collaborative work environment as this will be key to driving project success and exceeding business expectations.\nDrive transformation programs:\nRelated to Digital, Data & AI, Enterprise Platforms, and Process Automation, ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs. \nPromoting standardized methodologies, change management, and execution discipline. \nUse strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify appropriate technology solutions. \nIntegrate advanced digital tools. ( e.g., RPA, AI, Analytics) into business operations, aligning with LATAM and Global technology standards and roadmaps.\nYour Skills and Experience\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering with studies in Techology or related.\nDemonstrated high-level understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and data privacy.\nExperience:\n8+ years of experience in analysis, design & implementation of technologies related to commercial, procurement, finance, big data, digital and project management working on IT-related roles, multi-markets.\n5+ years working on release planning or project-management roles.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.\nDesirable SAP experience.\nUnderstanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, etc).\nExperience in data analytics and reporting (as BI tools, data visualization).\nBeing able to handle risk management and mitigations strategies in release management.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to releases.\nEnglish proficiency is a must.\nPersonal Skills:\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills.\nConfident in negotiation, leadership, and influence across all organization levels.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nLeadership skills, including the ability to inspire, and develop and motivate teams.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.\nChange management effectively and adapt to evolving business needs.\nResilient working in a fluid, multifaceted environment with high levels of ambiguity.\nStrong attention to detail\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
