Business Application will provide E2E support of Data project Lifecycle (Acquire, Organize, Analyze and Deliver) including Big Data projects and participate in the implementation of new Data platform solutions and tools. Should also be able to work with the team to manage the requests/deliverables/support etc.\nThe Commercial Solutions Delivery Lead will be responsible for end to end delivery of the Commercial Data Lake on Microsoft Azure, supporting pharma commercial use cases including sales operations, CRM, omnichannel engagement, patient services, forecasting, and advanced analytics.\nThis role bridges business strategy, data platform architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring that commercial data products are scalable, governed, compliant, and analytics ready. The role will partner closely with Commercial, Analytics, CRM, Data Science, Enterprise Architecture, and external vendors to deliver high impact data solutions.\nWork with the team and Business Stakeholders on a development and support activities with US Sales and Commercial Operations team. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure proper data integration, provide on-going communication. Support CDW operations including integrations with CRM, MDM, Multichannel Marketing, and Third Party Systems. Develop and Configure new Integrations and processes as needed.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nOwn delivery leadership for the Azure based Commercial Data Lake, from design through production.\nDrive implementation across ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and consumption layers.\nEnsure alignment with commercial priorities (sales, marketing, omni channel, patient engagement).\nTranslate commercial business needs into scalable data platform capabilities.\nServe as the primary delivery contact for Commercial stakeholders.\nManage relationships with Azure, integration, and analytics vendors.\nBalance scope, timelines, risk, and quality across multiple delivery streams.\nProvide clear executive level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.\nE2E support of Data project Lifecycle (Acquire, Organize, Analyze and Deliver).\nDefine, innovate and shape the architecture for new data products / features.\nSeeing through a project from conception to finished product.\nHands on work on core Data platforms and tools\nAnalyze & translate functional specifications /user stories into technical specifications.\nWilling and enthusiastic to learn new technologies/tools.\nWork individually, with minimal supervision as well as in team environments and work well with people within and outside team members.\nDevelop processes to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of incentive compensation functions\nProvide data research, investigation, and analysis to resolve issues and inform operational decisions\nSupport and implement Sales Planners’ initiatives across multiple Brands and Sales Forces\nMaintain and monitor CDW data and processes. Report on data quality and process performance\nWork with Internal and external partners to maintain the CDW technical platform’s integrity and performance\nMeet all defined requirements of the Requests or Projects \nManage Service Requests and Projects from design to implementation\nAutomate data, application processes to drive process improvement\nProvide regular project updates to business analysts and management as needed.\nCommunicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management\nYour Skills and Experience\nEducation and Knowledge Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 8+ years relevant experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Developer; minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer\nMinimum 3 years of experience developing SQL. DataBricks/DataLke experience required\nMinimum 3 years of experience in working with cross-functional teams preferred\nDemonstrated experience in project estimation and planning.\nPharma Commercial Data Knowledge and experience required\nSkills and Capabilities\nPython, Pyspark, SQL and a good understanding of ML libraries.\nExpertise in Azure and its services such as Azure Databricks, Azure DataFactory, Azure Devops etc.\nKnowledge of CI/CD principles\nGood understanding and working knowledge with API/web service security and data security practices and methods.\nExperience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) \nStrong Excel and SQL database skills are required, DataBricks/DataLake experience required\nExcellent collaboration, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment\nAbility to be flexible set priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment for self and team\nEffective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendation\nExperience working in AWS or Azure Cloud environments \nData Analysis, Engineering, Data integration expertise\nGood organization and time management skills\nProficiency with MS Office tools and applications\nFamiliarity with development and integration technologies such as TOAD, SQL Developer, DB Visualizer, Power Center, Snap Logic, etc.\nShift Requirement\nWorking in USA East Coast Time Zone Shift\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva India, care is at the heart of how we work.
