You will drive Medical Affairs field activities, ensure scientific excellence and compliance, and build long-term partnerships that contribute to better outcomes for patients.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nIn alignment with Teva Italy Medical Affairs strategy, the Senior Manager MSL Lead is responsible for:\nLeading, coaching, and developing the MSL team.\nDriving medical and scientific education initiatives.\nOverseeing stakeholder mapping and KOL engagement.\nSupporting CSS (Company sponsored studies), ISS (Investigator Sponsored Studies) e CRS (Collaborative Research Studies)\nProviding medical support to cross-functional activities.\nManaging medical insights and scientific information.\nEnsuring medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance excellence.\nRepresenting Medical Affairs at scientific congresses and meetings.\nDeveloping strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare decision-makers, and scientific societies.\nProviding balanced and evidence-based scientific information on disease areas, products, and pipeline assets.\nSupporting Advisory Boards and Expert Meetings.\nCollaborating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales teams.\nLeading training and capability-building initiatives across the MSL organization.\nEnsuring active participation in local, national, and international congresses and disseminating key scientific insights throughout the organization.\nAdditional Information\nField-based role with a hybrid working pattern: 4 days per week in the field and 1 day per week in the office.\nPreferred residence in Lombardy (Lombardia)\nYour Skills and Experience\nBackground\nDegree in Medicine, Pharmacy (PharmD), Medical or Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or an equivalent healthcare discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs (or MSL) within the pharmaceutical industry.\nPrevious experience as an MSL Manager, with at least 5 years of leadership experience preferred.Preferred experience in the neurology and psychiatry therapeutic areas.\n\nProven people leadership and team development experience.\nStrong understanding of clinical research methodologies and healthcare systems.\nFluent Italian and English.\nCompetencies\nStrategic Leadership\nScientific Excellence and Credibility\nCustomer and Stakeholder Focus\nExcellence in Execution\nCollaboration and Influencing\nCoaching and Talent Development\nBusiness Acumen and Change Management\nSalary Range\nThe target salary for this position is €82.500 gross annual salary; however, the final compensation package may vary depending on the candidate's seniority, experience, and qualifications\nWhat we offer\nAt Teva, we believe that well-being begins with people.
