You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nThe Senior Director, Site Finance Lead Runcorn is the finance business partner to the Runcorn Site Leadership Team who provides financial insight, strategic guidance and leadership to enable effective decision making that improves site business performance, enhances efficiency, sustainable competitiveness and supports profitable growth.\nThis position is responsible for leading the Site Finance team in Runcorn, UK, ensuring strong financial partnership and operational support across the site.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nServe as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, influencing decisions and promoting cross-functional collaboration.\nProvide financial insights to support short- and long-term business decisions.\nDeliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to Site Leadership, TGO, and Corporate Finance.\nLead annual planning and forecasting processes, ensuring transparency of business and financial drivers.\nOversee standard costing for site-manufactured, packed, and supported third-party products.\nDrive efficiency initiatives to improve operating profit, cash flow, and finance processes.\nSupport effective management of capital expenditure, inventory, and fixed assets.\nEnsure compliance with financial policies, guidelines, and controls.\nRecruit, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team.\nFoster a culture of performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement aligned with Teva's values and leadership framework.\nYour Skills and Experience\nDo you have?\nAcademic degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in a financial role within a highly regulated manufacturing company.\nDemonstrated managerial experience leading teams and developing talent.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, management accounting, and costing methodologies.\nAdvanced experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.\nStrong financial, analytical, and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nSolid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes within industrial environments.\nBasic theoretical and practical knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.\nBasic knowledge of OPEX principles, tools, and operational excellence frameworks.\nStrong understanding of compliance and internal controls, including SOX requirements, local financial regulations, and accounting policies.\nProficiency with SAP ERP, Advanced Excel/PowerPoint, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense), IBP, AI.\nAre you?\nStrong in stress management and able to work effectively under deadlines.\nComfortable managing competing priorities and timelines.\nAble to thrive in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of activities and responsibilities.\nExperienced in collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.\nA strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.\nIf so, we would value hearing from you.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
