You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.\nOur Team, Your Impact\nThis role is expected to work very closely with Supply Chain Analytics, Planning teams, and IT to accelerate the operationalization of advanced analytical, AI-driven, and agent-based capabilities across end-to-end Supply Chain processes.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nDevelop and implement AI-enabled analytical and agent-based solutions supporting Supply Chain decision-making\nDesign and operationalize AI agents capable of monitoring planning integrity, KPI deviations, and operational anomalies\nSupport optimization and explainability initiatives around IBP RCCP Optimizer outputs\nBuild AI-assisted analytics, scenario simulation, and recommendation capabilities\nDevelop operational KPI monitoring, anomaly-detection, and predictive alerting capabilities\nSupport rapid root-cause analysis and decision-support automation\nDevelop AI-supported master data integrity and consistency monitoring frameworks\nCollaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Analytics, and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions\nSupport integration of external and internal data sources into analytical and AI-agent models\nContribute to the industrialization of AI-enabled Supply Chain capabilities together with IT teams\nYour Skills and Experience\nStrong hands-on experience in AI/ML-enabled analytics environments\nExperience developing AI-driven, agent-based, or analytical solutions in Supply Chain or Operations\nStrong Python / data analytics capabilities\nExperience with optimization or advanced planning environments\nExposure to SAP IBP / supply planning processes is highly desirable\nExperience with anomaly detection, monitoring, or decision-support environments\nAbility to operate in highly cross-functional business environments\nAlso Good to Have\nPharma or regulated industry experience\nExposure to AI agents, and decision intelligence environments\nExperience with scenario planning or optimization frameworks\nExposure to master data governance or planning data integrity initiatives\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
