Rates will be based on your field of study and your academic year at the start of the internship.\nTasks & responsibilities\nContracting Strategy SupportAssist in the development and analysis of pricing and contracting models.\nSupport competitive landscape assessments related to payer and provider contracting.\nContribute to materials that inform negotiations with payers, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.\n\nStrategic MarketingPartner with the Value & Access marketing team to develop resources that communicate product value to customers.\nConduct secondary research on payer trends, access challenges, and customer engagement strategies.\nAssist in preparing presentations, customer insights reports, and marketing materials.\n\nOperations & AnalyticsSupport the creation of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for account performance and market access initiatives.\nContribute to process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.\nAssist with cross-functional meeting preparation, including agenda building and follow-up documentation.\n\nLearning OpportunitiesExposure to pharmaceutical Value & Access, including pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies.\nPractical experience in strategic planning, marketing execution, and business operations.\nOpportunities to interact with stakeholders across Value & Access, Trade, Finance, and Commercial teams.\n\nYour Skills and Experience\nQualifications\nCurrent enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program. Business, Economics, Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.\nStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.\nInterest in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare systems, and patient access.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nSalary Range\nThe hourly rate for this internship ranges from $21.00/hr- $27.00/hr.
