In this role, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations by accurately picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and handling materials while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products and materials throughout the facility while supporting both internal operations and customer needs.\nHow You’ll Spend Your Day\nOrder Picking & Processing\nAccurately pick and process customer orders across various warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas.\nVerify quantities and report any discrepancies.\nEnsure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.\nShipping & Distribution\nPrepare outbound shipments, including pallet verification, labeling, and documentation.\nCreate and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs).\nSafely secure and stage shipments for transportation.\nLoad outbound trucks for customer orders and site transfers.\nMaterial Handling & Inventory Management\nMove, stage, and transfer materials throughout the facility.\nReplenish inventory in picking locations.\nPerform putaways and inventory movements within warehouse systems.\nConduct daily cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.\nWarehouse Operations\nOperate material handling equipment safely and effectively.\nOrganize warehouse materials and non-inventory items.\nSupport returns processing, packaging activities, and other warehouse functions as needed.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment.\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nFollow all SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.\nYour Skills and Experience\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 2 years of warehousing, distribution, or logistics experience.\nValid certification and experience operating material handling equipment, including:\nCounterbalance Forklift\nReach Truck\nPallet Truck\nTurret Truck\nAbility to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCollege diploma in Science or a related field.\nExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems, or other ERP/WMS platforms.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nBasic mathematical skills and inventory counting experience.\nEffective problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move materials for extended periods.\nComfortable operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) and other warehouse equipment.\nAbility to work in varying warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled areas.\nHow We’ll Take Care of You\nAt Teva Canada we provide a rewarding and collaborative work experience, with career growth and development opportunities for employees, in a safe and caring environment! The typical hiring range for this position is $44,400-$55,500. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for an annual bonus based on employment type. Certain positions may also be eligible for a sales commission structure as part of the overall compensation package.
