WHAT YOU WILL DO AI Research, Innovation, Development\nAssists with researching emerging AI technologies, trends, tools, and industry practices.\nAssists with evaluating potential applications of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.\nSummarizes findings and recommendations to support AI initiatives.\nAssists in developing proofs of concept, prototypes, and technical demonstrations to evaluate AI technologies and solutions.\nSupports testing and validation of AI tools, models, and technologies.\nDocuments results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future implementation\nStays current on developments related to responsible AI, governance, and industry standards.\nSupports the development and enhancement of AI data pipelines, AI-enabled applications, and related solutions.\nAssists with Enterprise AI and Data Platform initiatives, including technologies such as Databricks, Fabric, Azure AI Services, and related platforms. Documentation, Governance, Collaboration\nCreates and maintains technical documentation, research summaries, and reusable assets.\nSupports responsible AI practices by considering privacy, security, bias, and governance requirements.\nCollaborates with architects, engineers, analysts, and business teams on AI-related initiatives. Support Functions\nAssists in completing special projects and performs other work as assigned.\nMay assist in researching, compiling, and analyzing data; and preparing simple queries and reports.\nMay review forms, correspondence, reports, and other documents for completeness and acceptability.\nMay assist in reviewing and analyzing agency policies, procedures, and forms and recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Fellowship Curriculum\nParticipates in trainings and projects related to the TRS Fellowship Program including webinars, quarterly check-ins, classes or other learning activities, book group, projects, and the mentoring program.\nMeets TRS Fellowship Program deadlines and goals for completion of trainings in deliverables in a timely manner.
