Whether you’re just getting started or looking for your next big challenge, this is a place where you can thrive and make a real impact.\nParts Warehouse Coordinator\nReports to: Parts Store Manager\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt\nThe Opportunity\nTexas AirSystems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Parts Warehouse Coordinator.\nThis role goes beyond traditional warehouse duties. The position is responsible for accurately managing shipping and receiving, inventory, and customer orders while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.\nThe ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that accuracy and attention to detail directly impact our customers and our business. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with Texas AirSystems.\nResponsibilities\nManage shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.\nAccurately pull, verify, and stage orders for customer will-call, delivery, and shipment.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system transactions.\nLoad and unload customer orders and incoming deliveries.\nProvide professional and friendly service to internal and external customers.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and showroom.\nUse company computer systems to process orders and inventory transactions.\nCommunicate inventory, order, and shipment issues to appropriate team members.\nTake ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through completion.\nSupport coworkers and assist wherever needed to meet customer and business needs.\nOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.\nPerform other duties as assigned and work overtime/weekends when required.\nThe Required Profile\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nWarehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nSolid computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-processing systems.\nStrong communication, organization, and customer service skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nDependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership.\nTeam-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.\nAbility to operate a forklift and maintain certification.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe want team members who take pride in their work, do the right thing, provide exceptional customer service, and support the people around them.\nMost importantly, we are looking for individuals with long-term potential.
