For more information about joining our team, please visit us at www.texascapitalbank.com.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the overall operations of the Retail line of business (LOB), fostering collaboration to drive new technology solutions and the vendor lifecycle management and providing thought leadership to the Retail LOB.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, technology, operational partners and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.\nServe as a strategic partner to Retail Banking leadership, driving execution of key business initiatives and enterprise priorities.\nMonitor projects and participate in the preparation and delivery of presentations to various levels of management in written and verbal formats, including documenting, analytics, program status and goals met.\nDevising new programs that support the organization’s objectives\nSupport system implementations, process enhancements, operational readiness activities, and change management efforts.\nAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.\nProvide guidance and support to team members while adhering to bank guidelines, policies, and applicable laws.\nFacilitate cross-team collaboration and provide feedback, operational, and administrative support for the Retail Banking Compliance and Governance Manager and Head of Retail Banking.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks across the Retail LOB; escalate critical risks to leadership.\nCoordinate operational issues including application access, equipment needs, workflow, and transaction integrity across all Financial Centers.\nPrepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports.\nLead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of Retail Banking leadership.\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned.\nDay and Overnight Travel Required: 25% +/-\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in retail banking operations, reconciliation, or a related support function.\nBachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant degrees and work experience\nStrong knowledge of bank security protocols and financial center operations, including teller, ATM, cash management, and vendor management.\nProven leadership skills; ability to build influence and drive change management.\nExcellent ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.\nBusiness acumen and knowledge of banking regulations.\nAutonomous execution; adaptable to shifting priorities in a results-driven environment.\nSound strategic thinking and ability to influence leadership.\nAnalytical problem-solving with strong attention to detail.\nProcess development and change management skills.\nStrong networking and cross-team collaboration abilities.\n\nThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
