hiring managers, and recruiters.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Talent Acquisition Technology\nServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition systems and recruiting technologies.\nManage system configurations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and vendor relationships.\nProvide technical support for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while developing training resources and best practices.\nEvaluate automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve recruiting operations.\nDrive Projects & Operational Excellence\nLead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate project timelines, testing, stakeholder communication, and change management activities.\nEvaluate recruiting workflows and implement scalable, efficient processes that enhance the hiring experience.\nEstablish and monitor operational standards and service level agreements (SLAs).\nDeliver Data-Driven Insights\nDevelop and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics.\nMonitor operational performance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Talent Acquisition data.\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.\nBuild Collaborative Partnerships\nPartner with Talent Acquisition leaders, Human Resources, Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to support organizational goals.\nCommunicate system updates, process improvements, and best practices while driving adoption of recruiting technology.\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience administering applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, onboarding systems, and recruiting analytics tools.\nStrong knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations, HR best practices, employment regulations, and recruiting technology.\nExperience leading technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts.\nStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms, including AI-enabled recruiting solutions.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\nFour (4) years of professional experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business Consulting, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or a related field.\nTalent Acquisition experience within a large healthcare system or similarly complex organization preferred\nSHRM certification or other Human Resources professional certification preferred \nExperience supporting enterprise recruiting technology, reporting, and operational excellence
