In this position, you will develop clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System.\nThink you’ve got what it takes?\nDemonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving endpoint management challenges.\nAdminister and support Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and related endpoint management technologies.\nManage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and co-management/hybrid endpoint environments.\nSupport Windows 11/10 lifecycle activities, upgrades, patching, driver management, BIOS updates, and compliance initiatives.\nProvide deep technical expertise in operating system design, endpoint management, troubleshooting, performance optimization\nAdminister and maintain Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security standards, configure endpoint settings, and support enterprise-wide device management and compliance requirements.\nMonitor endpoint health, compliance, and deployment metrics, using operational data to drive continuous improvement.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve endpoint-related issues and improve service reliability.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.\nPartner with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams to design, implement, and support endpoint solutions.\nParticipate in project planning, testing, implementation, and operational transition activities.\nUtilize ITIL-based processes and ServiceNow to support incident, change, problem, and service management activities.\nRequired H.S.
