Love your job.\nThe Analog Field Applications Engineer (AFAE) is responsible for partnering with Sales and providing Analog related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The AFAE proactively identifies current products and/or creative solutions to solve existing customer projects and create new functionality/opportunities. In this role, the AFAE uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to gain credibility and develop relationships with customers.\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nCollaborate with sales to grow TI's analog revenue with a targeted customer\nWork with the sales team to prioritize and target key and emerging accounts for TI growth opportunities\n Preferred qualifications:\n2-5 years of experience in FAE, Applications Engineering, or a related technical customer-facing role.\nExperience with Automotive BMS, battery management, battery monitoring, or related analog/power semiconductor applications is preferred.\nExperience driving customer design-in and supporting products through prototype to mass production.\nExperience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or automotive semiconductor customers is a plus.\nUnderstanding of automotive functional safety and relevant automotive semiconductor requirements is a plus.\nStrong understanding of analog ICs and semiconductor applications.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.\nAbility to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.\nAbility to align technical expertise with business goals to drive business growth and customer success by strong cross functional collaboration\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related
