changing business environment.\nResponsibilities include:\nParticipate in designing, coding, and testing of complex reports and visualizations in support of the strategic decision making process\nParticipate in debugging and enhancing existing reporting and data visualization solutions\nDemonstrate an in-depth understanding of business application systems and data relationships\nCollaborate with customers to develop requirements and create level of effort estimates\nDevelop solutions following appropriate security measures and best practice methodologies\nPartner with businesses to develop entitlement around solutions (training, work sessions, end user experience, Project Management)\nAnalysis and resolution of production reporting issues being encountered by global end user community.\n Minimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field\nMinimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher\nPreferred qualifications:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nAbility to effectively communicate to all layers of the organization\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\nAbility to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\nPossess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills\nDemonstrated strong customer service orientation and ability to take ownership for issue resolution\nTechnical Abilities:\nComplex SQL and Oracle\nBusiness Objects\nWeb application development using PL/SQL\nWeb application development using Java/J2EE/JSP\nHTML, javascript\nData Warehouse (Relationships, Keys, etc.)\nUnix, shell scripting\nProficient with Microsoft Tools\nSpotfire & Tableau experience a plus\nDevOps and Agile based development model a
