Love your job.\nTexas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced Automotive Customer Program Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and ensure the successful execution of automotive Tier1 ADAS radar programs by bridging customer needs with internal R&D teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end execution of automotive Tier1 customer programs, from project Kick off through SOP of the customer product and product launch/ramp.\nServe as primary point of contact for the Tier1 customer programs, building and maintaining strategic relationships with customer development teams and key stakeholders\nBe the voice of the customer to the internal R&D teams translating customer timelines and project requirements to the internal teams and bi-directional communication back to the customer is a vital part of this role.\nNegotiate with customer on product features and timelines based on internal alignment while developing compelling positioning and messaging to secure customer alignment and commitment.\nCollaborate across cross-functional team: analog/RF and digital design teams, systems, HW and SW applications, validation, RF characterization, test, product engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless program execution\nTrack program metrics, and prepare comprehensive status reports for both customer and internal stakeholders\nIdentify, escalate, and resolve program risks and challenges; serving as the escalation point for customer concerns\nWhat you will gain from the role?\nDeep expertise in automotive product development lifecycle, end-to-end from initial product definition to production launch.\nCross functional collaboration experience across all disciplines integral to SoC development.\nAbility to establish and cultivate strong customer relationship at all organizational levels -
