If you want to solve complex technical challenges in fast-growing segments, we encourage you to apply.\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking engineers with 2-5 years of experience to independently own functional validation of MCU peripherals and subsystems, spanning pre-silicon (RTL simulation, QuickTurn/Palladium/ZeBu emulation, FPGA prototyping) and post-silicon (functional bring-up and validation on silicon).\nYou will work closely with Architecture, Design, and Firmware teams to ensure robust, competitive automotive devices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn functional validation of Automotive peripherals and communication interfaces\nDevelop requirements-based test plans, directed tests, and negative/corner-case scenarios\nDevelop firmware test suites and automation in Python and C\nDebug hardware/software interactions across firmware, RTL waveforms, emulation, and silicon\nExecute first-silicon functional bring-up and peripheral functional tests\nMaintain regressions, track coverage, and close functional gaps\nExecute performance and benchmarking tests on assigned peripherals and subsystems\nReproduce customer-reported issues and perform root-cause analysis\nVerify fixes for customer-reported issues\nProduce test plans, validation reports, and defect root-cause analyses\nCoordinate with RTL designers and architecture teams on design issues\n Minimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, or related field\n2-5 years of engineering experience working with silicon design and/or validation\nExperience with digital/embedded design on emulation/FPGA platforms/RTL simulation\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWork experience with ARM architecture\nStrong embedded C (drivers, interrupts, DMA, register-level programming)\nPython for test automation and log/result analysis\nHands-on lab experience with JTAG/SWD debuggers and basic bench tools for functional debug\nAdvanced knowledge of digital logic\nAutomotive protocols: CAN FD and LIN;
