We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team.\nThe responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:\nBe curious. Seek feedback. Drive results. \nSupport manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and rapidly ramping tool install environment. \nFocus on tactical, daily execution towards module metrics (tool recovery, material disposition, tool installations and qualifications, excursion containment and reporting, technician development, procedure documentation).\nDevelop and drive operational BKMs to interface with other fab teams to accelerate fab execution across module and department lines.\nDevelop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality, and a relentless commitment to chase and visualize the data. \nImplement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements.\nProvide training to junior colleagues and process technicians.
