In this role you will be responsible for:\nSupport ATE setup requests and volume handler/prober runs across multiple ATE platforms\nSupport PE team qualification HW (BIBs, THB boards) bringup and testing, and logging Qual results in REX/RelDB\nSupport ATE verification and result documentation activities on priority customer returns\nSupport probe testing and ATE hand test for device characterization and customer return investigation.\nTechnical functions in support of engineering activities such as test, checkout, and modification of prototype burn-in boards per TI Spec\nWork from schematics, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.\nConduct engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in research work.\nContributor to NPDE and COGS/Sustaining team projects within the EP business unit\nPerform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment\nCreate purchase requests / orders to support customer and business team needs\nCreate shipping requests for wafers, packaged units, qual hardware, and test hardware between TI sites.\n Minimum requirements:\nAssociate Degree\nAbility to follow work directions\nPreferred qualifications:\nATE experience on J750HD or equivalent (UFLEX+, VLCT, V93K, LTX, iFlex, etc.)\nExperience with ATE production handlers like LH4/Talos or similar \nSoldering knowledge and skills in SMT, through hole, soldering with heat gun and chip rework machinery \nMechanical knowledge to support repair and maintain sockets/boards and setups \nKnowledge of digital and analog test methods, high speed interfaces, standard testing equipment such as scope, power meter, DVM, signal generators and analyzers, spectrum and network analyzers\nAbility to work in a team setup comprising of other functional groups \nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery \nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment \nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results \nStrong problem solving, verbal, and written communications skills \nAbility to multitask between projects and be able to maintain project schedules \nExperience with integrated circuit and device failure
