You'll be building solutions that directly impact manufacturing quality and test operations while helping transform how our entire team approaches software development.\nResponsibilities include:\nDevelopment & DeliveryRapidly develop and deploy applications, scripts, and automation solutions using AI code generation platforms (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)\nBuild solutions across the full stack including:Data analytics dashboards and visualization tools\nProcess automation workflows and scripts\nSystem integration solutions and APIs\nWeb applications and backend services\nTest automation frameworks\n\nLeverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic frameworks to create intelligent, autonomous solutions\nDesign and implement scalable agent ecosystems for automated operations\nMaintain and enhance existing automation systems\n\nAI-Assisted Development LeadershipServe as the subject matter expert on AI-assisted development tools and techniques\nEstablish best practices, patterns, and standards for AI code generation across the team\nCreate and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and development accelerators\nBuild infrastructure for managing multiple AI agents and automated workflows\nEvaluate and adopt emerging AI development tools and platforms\n\nKnowledge Transfer & ScalingTrain and mentor team members on effective use of AI coding assistants\nDevelop training materials, workshops, and documentation\nShare lessons learned and successful patterns across the organization\nFoster a culture of AI-augmented development\n\nCollaborationPartner with stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points\nWork with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions\nContribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy\n\n Minimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related engineering degree\n3+ Years for Full Stack Development experience without co-development tools\nAdvanced proficiency with AI code generation platforms and can showcase 2 years leveraging Co-Development and Agentic frameworks accelerating work\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integration patterns\nExperience building or working with agentic frameworks\nKnowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques\nExperience managing ecosystems of autonomous agents or automated workflows\nBackground in manufacturing, quality systems, or test automation (semiconductor industry a plus)\nTrack record of teaching and mentoring others on technical topics\nStrong understanding of software architecture and design patterns\nExperience with API, microservices and system integration development\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment\nStrong time management and project delivery
