Love your job.\nAs the Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will own the reliability and performance of the fab facility systems. You are responsible for developing a proactive maintenance culture, ensuring maximum uptime of systems, driving cost leadership, and ensuring a world-class safety standard. This role will be located in Lehi, Utah at one of our advanced 300mm factory.\nIn this role, you will be successful if you:\nDrive Reliability: Shift our culture from reactive troubleshooting to a world-class predictive/preventative maintenance model that minimizes downtime.\nBuild High-Performing Teams: Transform a group of technicians into a cohesive, highly-skilled, and safety-obsessed organization.\n Optimize Assets: Maximize the lifespan and efficiency of our facility systems (including chemical and gas HPM systems) through data-driven decision-making.\nChampion Continuous Improvement: Use data from SCADA and maintenance history to identify cost-saving opportunities and integrate new, innovative technologies.\nCore Accountabilities\nReliability & Technical Oversight\nUptime Optimization: Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.\n System Integrity: Oversee fab facilities systems (including chemical/gas HPM) and SCADA monitoring to ensure continuous, stable operations.\nRapid Resolution: Direct troubleshooting efforts and partner with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment failures.\nLeadership & Financial Management\nTeam Excellence: Direct, train, and develop maintenance technicians and operators; align team performance with organizational goals.\nFiscal Control: Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts to meet cost-leadership targets.\nContinuous Improvement & Data Strategy\nProcess Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.\nTech Integration: Pilot and implement emerging technologies to modernize maintenance workflows.\nPerformance Intelligence: Utilize equipment and downtime data to provide actionable engineering or related field\n10+ years in maintenance/facilities within manufacturing with at least 5 years of people leadership experience\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperienced in semiconductor or other high tech environment\nProficiency in managing complex facility systems (chemical, gas, HPM)\nProven success in semiconductor manufacturing environments\nDemonstrated ability to scale teams and drive large-scale continuous improvement projects\nExpert-level stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nUnderstanding of Facilities Systems and Processes, including chemical and gas HPM Systems\nFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies\nAbility to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to quickly ramp on new systems and processes\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project
