Love your job.:\nTexas Instruments is looking for a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will perform technical tasks in support of engineering and maintenance activities involving the construction, design, specification, startup and operation of the facility's mechanical, chemical and electrical systems or the installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools.\nResponsibilities include:\nOwn assigned water system performance and reliability; monitor system health using SCADA data and trend analysis to identify potential problems before they affect operations\nPerform routine water sampling, lab tests, and chemical dosing for pH, conductivity, silica, chlorine, and microbiological control\nMonitor and trend water quality parameters; respond rapidly to excursions with containment actions and diagnostics\nExecute CM/PMs on water treatment equipment, filters, softeners, chemical feed systems, pumps, and valves\nPerform rapid diagnostics and lead technical response to system issues; help drive corrective actions through root cause analysis\nSupport system troubleshooting, cleaning, and sanitation activities\nCoordinate with Central Engineering for technical support when needed; escalate appropriately\nMaintain logs, SPC charts, and compliance documentation per SOPs; keep records and SOP updates current and accurate\nManage, review, and approve water system-based permits; ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards through work permit review\nCreate ECNs, Event Manager, and FMS tickets to document CM/PMs and system changes\nOwn system events at the site level and manage follow-up actions; support root cause analysis documentation\nCoordinate delivery of support materials and equipment; manage and coordinate contractors and TI support for critical systems\nMonitor system costs and help with forecasting; may participate in contract and procurement processes\nMentor assigned System Technicians; share knowledge and help develop team capability\nEnsure EHS compliance, proper chemical handling, and PPE requirements across all activities\n Minimum requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
