At TI, the role of the Financial Planning Analyst drives financial excellence for the business. Financial Planning Analysts act as a strategic partner to management, providing the critical information and analysis necessary to drive P&L results and make high-impact business decisions. This role provides leadership in financial forecasting, investment ROI assessment, efficiency improvements and the development of predictive indices to support a rapidly evolving business landscape.\nResponsibilities include:\nDriving Business Results: Take an active role in driving the results of the business unit P&L through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight.\nStrategic Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with the engineering team to assess the ROI of technical investments, ensuring capital and resources are allocated to the highest-value opportunities.\nSenior Leadership Engagement: Regularly prepare and present financial performance, strategic outlooks, and key business drivers to senior leadership.\nFinancial Planning & Analysis: Lead all financial planning activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.\nFinancial Integrity: Drive financial excellence by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business results, including cross-functional partnering to ensure financial compliance.\nOperational Connectivity: Understand and explain the complex relationship between operational performance, engineering milestones, and financial results.\nStrategic Insight: Provide a strategic view of the business by incorporating competitive analysis and market trends to drive financial performance.\nProcess Innovation: Drive continuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting to increase agility and accuracy.\n Minimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.\n2 years of experience in finance or accounting, semiconductor or business unit financial planning & analysis a plus\nAdvanced systems knowledge and skills, including Excel and ERP systems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex data to senior executives.\nOutstanding analytical skills, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\nProven ability to build strong, influential relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sales).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSemiconductor industry experience.\nExperience with SAP/BPC.\nProficient with SQL/Python, Spotfire, and advanced data analytics tools.\nStrong leadership, initiative, and the ability to drive for results in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent organizational and time management
