The desired candidate will have previous experience transitioning to new roles quickly and effectively, learning new concepts, and being self-motivated to meet objectives in a rapid paced work environment. The candidate must be both a leader and a team player who can work effectively with managers, supervisors and engineers across different organizations to achieve business goals in a 300mm highly automated wafer fab environment.\nThe ability to understand and analyze huge amount of data at high speed with great accuracy is key to be successfully in this position. Having experience in leading a lean and efficient team of engineers in a manufacturing environment and a strong foundation of industrial engineering methodology is required.\nRoles and Responsibilities will include -\nLeading a team of highly effective industrial engineers to support and drive manufacturing operating plan\nRegularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments\nCreating and implementing development and training plan to support IE team growth and skills upgrade\nAbility to influence and collaborate across internal and external organizations to support execution plan\nExcel at completing projects accurately and timely\nDesigning and executing manufacturing operation strategy\nDriving capacity entitlement\nDriving manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives\nLeading manufacturing performance gap analysis\nDriving modern technology implementation\nIdentifying opportunities to improve operational execution and cycle time \nStrong ability to utilize industrial engineering concepts and operational research concepts to assist in manufacturing decision making\nStrong data analysis skills and statistical analysis skills is required to support operational needs\nMust be comfortable working in a clean room environment wearing cleanroom required garments\nAccountable for manufacturing KPI\n Minimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related\n3 years of experience working as an industrial engineer (or equivalent) in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing .\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in industrial engineering or related\n2 years of experience supervising, managing, leading a team.\nIntermediate
