Love your job.\nTexas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician Supervisor (Pit Crew Supervisor) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise maintenance specialists (Pit Crew). Which includes maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. You will oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. As well as establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will also maintain inventory and/or spare parts. Along with scheduling manufacturing activities. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
