This position requires a results-driven, self-initiator and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for the establishment and leadership of the Project Management Office for a medium -scale, multi-year construction project. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving project control, consistency, and successful delivery. Project Controls will assist with developing, implementing, and maintain PMO processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of construction project management methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPMO Establishment & Governance:\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive PMO Project Controls framework, including methodologies, standards, templates, and tools tailored to the specific construction project.\nEstablish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, project boards, and change control processes.\nEnsure adherence to PMO standards and methodologies across all project teams.\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and PMO performance.\nProject Performance Management:\nOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control processes.\nMonitor project performance against baselines and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.\nIdentify and escalate project issues and risks, and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.\nFacilitate project stage gates and audits to ensure compliance with PMO standards and project requirements.\nReporting & Analytics:\nDevelop and maintain project dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and issues.\nAnalyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.\nPrepare executive-level presentations and reports on project performance.
