Love your job.\nProduct engineering (PE) works with our design and other back-end teams to ensure a product is designed for manufacturability and reliability. PEs usually work on a product family or category and ensure that those devices are meeting specifications and quality targets as defined in our data sheets.\nIn addition, PEs may be responsible for 'sustaining support,' meaning they work with design, ATD (process technology), manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, and marketing teams to further optimize the manufacturing flow of a given device, targeting to reduce cost or otherwise improve the overall long-term development and profit profile of the device post-release.\nMinimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering\n1 years' of relevant experience\nSolid understanding of analog and digital circuits their operation and analysis\nPreferred qualifications:\nExtensive hands-on experience working with different lab equipment for taking data and / or performing device debug or failure analysis. For example, use of the curve tracers; return loss analyzers, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.\nExperience of bench testing of op-amps, ADCs, mixed -signal circuits and digital circuits\nExperience with bench validation and characterization PCBs\nExperience with integrated circuit and device failure analysis\nProgramming skills for automation of bench characterization equipment (Labview/Teststand), along with C and or C++\nExtensive knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze large amounts of characterization data and determine and set production test limits and predict yield data\nHave working knowledge of what is required to take a product from development stage to production\nAbility to work in a team setup comprising of other functional groups\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results\nStrong problem solving, verbal and written communications skills\nAbility to multiplex between projects and be able to maintain project
