As a Texas Instruments Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment with exposure to a variety of state-of-the art applications each day.\nResponsibilities may include:\nDevelopment work in support of a broad range of analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor based analog front ends and application specific signal processing comprising of advanced Integrated Circuits that address Automotive and Industrial markets\nCollaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives\nDesign bench evaluation PCBs (printed circuit boards) and generating characterizations programs for bench evaluations\nPerform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements\nWork with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures\nWork with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new product development\nWork closely with the global manufacturing facilities to address customer specific product quality, yield management and cost reductions issues on mature products. Scope of work could include product spins and derivatives\nThis position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading Radar mmWave sensor devices, targeted for broad applications in the automotive and industrial markets. In this role, you will be a contributing member of a cross functional team working on new and innovative DfT (Design-for-Test) techniques to drive low cost test solutions for Complex / Analog IPs for high volume production testing on roadmap ATE test platforms (Advantest, Teradyne). You will work on cutting edge CMOS process technology nodes, operating at mmWave frequencies (60GHz, 81GHz), targeting a wide breadth of product offerings from high performance and high cost to low degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or related\n2+ year's of relevant engineering experience\nSolid understanding of analog and digital circuits their operation and analysis\nPreferred qualifications:\nProduction test program and hardware development experience\nATE experience on V93K or equivalent (J750, VLCT, LTX, iFlex, etc.)\nKnowledge and expertise across core disciplines of PE role (DfT, ATE HW, ATE SW, Characterization, Quality & Reliability, Failure Analysis, & RTM)\nKnowledge of digital and analog test methods, high speed interfaces and RF analog\nExtensive knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze large amounts of production test data and determine and set accurate tracer projects to improve yield and/or reduce test time (mBayse, SpotFire, TestWare, ParmDB, etc.)\nProficiency in programming/scripting in Java, C++, Python, PERL, etc.\nRevision control tools experience Subversion, Bitbucket, Git\nAbility to work in a team setup
