Success in this role is measured by the ability to grow the number of new products and drive the forecasted return on investment.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead a cross functional team on the execution of releasing new products and ensuring successful return on investment for every development; the team consists of Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Field, and Quality\nWork with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites to guarantee schedule, cost and quality\nPlan the project using MS Project from Assess Opportunity Phase to Release to Market and is responsible to make sure the project comes in on budget\nProvide clear direction to both, team and external support organizations like device fabrication and assembly and test sites\nDrive and motivate all team members critical to the flawless execution of each product and project\nHost and drive meetings and review across team member from multiple functions, organizations and countries\nProvide regular updates to senior management on status of projects, explaining the issues facing a project\nWork with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures\nWork with the product engineering team to execute product reliability testing of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product and customer specifications\nMaintain thorough and up-to-date project schedules with all related milestones\nDrive the development and implementation of Qualification plans\nMaintain Galileo system per new product development guidelines\nSuccess will be measured by the ability to grow the number of new products and drive the forecasted return on investment.\n Minimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study\n4 + years of experience with Project engineering/Product engineering or Test related field\nProven leadership capabilities in leading multifaceted organizations\nPreferred qualifications:\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set realistic plans based on required tasks with available resources\nAbility to effectively coordinate and lead global development teams on projects that include design, silicon fabrications, production test development, qualification and production ramp;
