This role partners with the Public Cloud Architect to execute on platform strategy - building Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code controls, and Kubernetes configurations that enable consistent, governed cloud delivery at scale.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on with infrastructure-as-code and automation, comfortable operating at the intersection of platform engineering and cloud security, and motivated by building the foundations that application teams depend on.\nKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Terraform modules for AWS landing zone components - account vending, network baselines, IAM Identity Center, and security tooling\nImplement and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery using GitOps practices\nWrite and enforce policy-as-code controls - AWS Config rules, SCPs, and OPA policies - to maintain governance guardrails across the account estate\nDeploy and manage EKS clusters - node configuration, add-on management, upgrades, and day-2 operations\nAutomate cloud operational tasks - account onboarding, compliance reporting, quota management, and configuration drift detection\nImplement cloud security controls - GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, and network security configurations\nSupport application teams with onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform guidance\nContribute to multi-cloud extension, applying consistent patterns to Azure and GCP as workloads require\nMonitor platform health, respond to incidents, and drive root cause resolution\n Minimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps\nHands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (CloudFormation, Pulumi, or CDK) at production scale\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)\nExperience with policy-as-code frameworks - AWS Config rules, OPA/Rego, SCPs, or equivalent\nExperience with Kubernetes - cluster operations, workload deployment, networking, and version upgrades\nWorking knowledge of core AWS services - EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, CloudWatch\nFamiliarity with GitOps practices and version-controlled infrastructure workflows\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)\nExperience with AWS Control Tower, Organizations, or Account Factory for Terraform (AFT)\nKnowledge of cloud security tooling -
