As a Texas Instruments (TI) Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment with exposure to a variety of state-of-the art applications each day.\nAt TI, System Engineers work to identify ideal roadmap opportunities for a business and are responsible for defining new products and platforms based on market opportunity. To do this, they leverage strong technical knowledge of our existing portfolio, deep understanding of the technologies, standards and protocols within an industry or end equipment, and an ability to engage with customers and translate their requirements into technical specifications that will solve their problems. Systems engineers also partner closely with marketing and applications engineers, as well as design teams, to ensure our roadmap is both meeting customer and market requirements and is technically optimized and manufacturable at a price and cost point that makes sense for the business.\nResponsibilities may include:\nResearch and create new product definitions, including developing business case proposals, product strategies and taking products to RTM\nAnalyze key end-equipment in automotive, industrial, consumer and computing spaces to identify future trends, identifying opportunities for improving performance and adding value to these systems\nAssess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design team and customers\nBe the technical expert, responsible for product ramp up for the customer\nSilicon system evaluation (HW, SW if needed) and related documentation\nApplication support for newly introduced and existing products\nSupport and train central applications engineering and sales organizations on new/existing products\nRelentlessly drive new design wins for new and existing products\nTrouble-shoot customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and other methods, as necessary\nBring quick resolution to customer problems by interfacing across different functional groups such as design, product, test, packaging, marketing and sales\nAssist with generating the revenue plan for the organization\nDefinition of successful new products at TI, system evaluation and taking the products to RTM\nCreate technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, user's guides, EVMs, spice models, SCMs etc.\nRevenue growth through adoption of new and existing products\nBuild relationships with customers/field teams by closely interacting with them to identify and solve system problems with TI silicon\nContribute to the short and long term product strategy and roadmap\n Minimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or related field\n3 years of relevant engineering experience\nStrong understanding of RF sensing architectures and their applications\nSignal processing and System analysis using MATLAB/python\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in driving design wins with customers by providing system solutions\nExperience with MIMO modulations (e.g. DDM) in FMCW Radars and Radar signal processing techniques.\nExperience with power management in embedded systems \nExperience with antenna design and characterization\nFamiliarity with lab equipment, e.g. spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF chamber etc.\nFamiliarity with TI mmwave Radar ICs\nFamiliarity with TI DSP, embedded C-programming and ARM architecture\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to quickly ramp on new systems and processes\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for
