You will lead cross-functional architectural initiatives to ensure timely delivery of platform specifications with strategic oversight on routine architectural decisions and detailed technical guidance on next-generation embedded system innovations.\nThis position involves extensive collaboration with a highly talented team of analog designers, digital circuit engineers, embedded software architects, and applications engineers to solve complex system integration challenges and present architectural vision, as well as active leadership in technical working groups driving innovation in microcontroller platforms and industrial automation solutions.\n ## Minimum Requirements:\n1. 10+years of relevant experience in system architecture or digital design\n2. Deep understanding of ARM Cortex processor architectures and embedded system design\n3. Thorough knowledge of system-on-chip (SoC) architecture and subsystem integration methodologies\n4. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex system-level challenges and develop innovative solutions\n5. Solid foundation in digital design principles and hardware/software interface design\n## Preferred Qualifications:\n1. Proven track record of translating system requirements into implementable architectural specifications\n2. Demonstrated expertise in architecture trade-off analysis\n3. Experience with Cortex-M families and their ecosystem\n4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for resolving multi-disciplinary technical challenges\n5. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\n6. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment\n7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n## Additional Technical Competencies:\n1. Ability to look at end to end solutions & derive system requirements.\n1. Ability to evaluate and convert high level requirement into a HW and/or SW features.\n2. Assess high level market requirements for cost, power, security, safety implications.\n3. Work with estimation tools (simulators, spreadsheets, Python tools, matlab models, etc) to model performance of design choices.\n4. Work with design-oriented tools and outputs (xml, sims, waveforms, etc)\n5. Ability to make good judgements based on early / partial data\n6.
